The Guildford Post Office has proudly stood at the heart of one of Perth’s oldest and most celebrated heritage towns since 1897. 

 

After 130 years, this Western Australian icon is in need of urgent restoration to ensure it isn’t lost to time. 

 

Bilgoman Property, three local families with deep roots in Guildford and Perth’s Eastern Corridor, purchased the building in 2024 with a single goal:

 

Through careful conservation, restore and return the Post Office to its rightful spot as Guildford’s original meeting place - reopened as a cafe and restaurant - so it can continue to serve the local community for generations to come.
